Born and raised in Baton Rouge LA, Scott H. Frugé was admitted to bar in 1992 after extensive preparatory and legal education at Louisiana State University. He retains membership in local, state, and federal Bar Associations as well as having served both the Louisiana and American Associations for Justice.
